Last week was National Apprenticeship Week, the aim of which was to raise awareness and promote the benefits of apprenticeships.
James, Bronte’s Technical Manager, Jane our Engineering Training Mentor and Jack our 4th-year apprentice all attended an Appris Management Limited Apprentice open evening.
The event allowed the Bronte team to speak with 50+ future school leavers who were looking to start their careers in Engineering and provide them with an insight into what working at an Engineering company would be like.
